Christmas Came Early

Here is the first released footage of the upcoming holiday movie, "Bah, Humduck! A Looney Tunes Christmas".

The animation looks very good. I like Gossamer's new design. Porky's daughter looks like an actual Looney Tunes character. Could a new series been in development?

Speedy Gonzales is present. Pepe Le Pew gets to molest a cat. That's certainly a step in the right direction.

We'll have to wait and see how well this will measure up to other Looney Tunes projects.

I have hopes for this one.
Hopefully audiences will like it enough so that Warners can produce more Looney Tunes projects.

The animation is un-inspired,the gags are weak, the character designs are the un-Looney coporate approved ones, and the music is bad. Why dosen't the WB get John K.? He'll know how to put the Looney back in Looney Tunes.Hell get Bill Melendez too,he's still active in the animation industry.

Probably for the same reason Nickelodeon and Spike TV dropped John K.

I actaully don't why Spike TV dropped him. Anywho, John K. still should still make new Looney Tunes or Eric Goldberg.

I would like to see Eric Goldberg direct some shorts.
He seems to have a good handle on getting character's emotions across to the audience.
Of course it would be up to the script if they were to be any good.

I don't think John K's stories would be suitable for Looney Tunes. His type of humor is good, but his timing is very slow. I notice he likes to hang onto a "funny" gag's punchline just a little too long.
His first Ren & Stimpys always carried along at a good steady pace.
